RCES students become scientists in the STEM Lab

Students at Rocky Creek Elementary have been busy learning and exploring in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Lab.

 

Lexington County School District One emphasizes science, technology, engineering and mathematics learning experiences starting in kindergarten and continuing through 12th grade.  At elementary schools these projects and learning experiences occur through the Engineering in Elementary programs in STEM Labs.

 

STEM Labs help our students become technological thinkers, prepared to be competitive in the 21st century.
