Man accused of exposing himself to customers in Walmart | News
LEXINGTON, SC (WIS)- A Pelion man is accused of exposing himself to girls inside a Lexington Walmart and the sheriff's department says it's not the first time he's been accused of the crime.
Lexington County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 26-year-old Nathaniel Adam Orr Thursday and charged him with indecent exposure. He is awaiting a bond hearing at the Lexington County Detention Center.
His arrest warrant says on February 15th, Orr approached two 12 and 14 year-old girls in the girls clothing section of the Walmart Supercenter on South Lake Drive and exposed himself. Sheriff James Metts says the girls walked away and told the mother of the 12-year-old girl about the incident.
The mother reported it to a store supervisor, who contacted the sheriff's department.
Metts says Orr was arrested in December on a warrant from the Pelion Police Department for indecent exposure. He was released from the Lexington County Detention Center the next day after posting bond and is awaiting trial on that charge.
Metts says because Orr was convicted of indecent exposure in 2009, he is required to register as a sex offender.
