Third arrest made in Quick Cash robbery | Crime
A third arrest has been made in the February 19th armed robbery of a local business.
Aiken Public Safety Officers arrested Michael Tyrone Quarles for his participation in the armed robbery of the Quick Cash located at 1114 Richland Avenue West, the report stated.
The report said on February 19, at 10:40 a.m., the Aiken Department of Public Safety received a call about two suspicious males outside the business
The caller said she saw the suspects cross Richland Avenue and enter Quick Cash. A short time later, officers received another call, but this time stating that the business had been robbed.
Authorities say the suspects entered Quick Cash armed with guns, and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
According to the report, two other suspects, Carlos Demetrius Williams and Jamaques Deundray Salley, were previously arrested and charged for the armed robbery.
Quarles was arrested and charged with armed robbery and kidnapping.
