Report: Suspect used truck to break into business | Crime

The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man they say broke into a local business and stole more than $6000 worth of items.

Deputies say the suspect drove a truck through the front gate of A-Z Lawnmower on Augusta Road Sunday night.

Once inside, the suspect stole a carry-on utility trailer valued at $1300, a riding tractor valued at $999 and a go-cart valued at $4000, the report stated.

Deputies have not released the name of the suspect.
