Report: Man headbutts girlfriend after caught watching porn | Crime

Deputies arrested a Lexington man, who they say assaulted his girlfriend after he was caught watching porn on her computer.

According to a Lexington County Sheriff’s Department incident report, officers responded to a domestic half problem on May 26.

 Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the 33-year-old female victim who stated that she and her boyfriend, of 13 months, 32-year-old Allan Peek Jr. got into a fight around 7 a.m., the report stated.

The woman told deputies she became upset because Peek was watching porn on her computer, so she threatened to take it to work with her, according to sheriff’s deputies.

The victim told officers Peek became upset and got in her face, the report stated.

According to deputies, Peek spit in the victim’s face then headbutted her causing her to bite her tongue. Peek then pushed the woman into the bathtub and a fight ensued between the two, the report stated.

The victim stated that she only fought back to protect herself.

Deputies say Peek held his girlfriend to the floor and continued to hit and kick her.

According to the report, the victim was able to get loose and left the house with a friend who witnessed the incident.

Deputies say they observed swelling under the victim’s left eye, bruising and redness on both arms and her left thigh.

 Deputies went to the location were the incident occurred and arrested Peek on a charge of criminal domestic violence.
